eForce Compliance Becomes First Philadelphia Electronic Recycling Firm to Achieve R2 Status

eForce Compliance is pleased to announce their designation as an R2 (Responsible Recycling) certified electronic recycler and the first electronic recycler in Philadelphia to achieve this certification. To obtain certification, an independent third party auditor must evaluate a recycler in more than 50 areas of operational and environmental performance.

"R2's commitment to assure that all aspects of the recycling chain are in compliance with standards adopted by the EPA and other stakeholders places our organization as a leader in compliance in the electronic recycling industry," said Jay Segal, President of eForce Compliance. eForce Compliance is pursuing e-Steward certification and expects to be certified to that standard in the first quarter of 2012.
